Summer is right around the corner and we’re still trying kick start our New Years Resolution.
Losing 20 pounds in 4 weeks is risky but apparently a lot of beginners think this is an options. Now, the real question is “I want to lose 20lbs and I don’t know where to begin.”
I hear this almost everyday and my first question is, what is your diet like?
If you want to begin losing weight you must start with your diet. It is very important that you eat at least 5-6 times a day, and drink a gallon of water a day. This will keep your metabolism going and help break down the food you eat instead of storing it as FAT.
- Meal 1: Light healthy Breakfast
- Meal 2: (Lean Protein & Veggies)
- Meal 3: Snack (Protein Shake)
- Meal 4: (Lean Protein & Veggies)
- Meal 5: (Lean Protein & Veggies)
- Meal 6: Healthy Snack (low calories, no carbs)
Exercise is 10%, diet is 90% of everything.
